My Daily Planner | 2016

I literally love this cover, I have definitely decided that comparing my personal planner from last year to this year my next personal planner will be colour themed so comment what colour I should have next year as my personal planner theme.
So this years planner is blue themed if you can't already guess.

This year I chose to have smaller time boxes as I am not doing as much as I did last year but I can still write down the event that day.
The only fault with this planner is that I forgot to write birthdays of my friends and family whilst on the website so it would be nicely printed on the planner, but that is easily resolvable with a pen.

One thing that I wish was not out of stock whilst creating this planner was the ruler which I got. The aqua blue ruler said it was not out of stock yet it wouldn't let me put it in the basket so I opted for the grey ruler which although doesn't go with the theme it does the job.

I alway like the how the company goes to the trouble of having images for every important global dates.

This year I decided to go for sudoku, which I later realised I forgot how to play it and still am yet to use it.
Although I have used the rest of the pages which are just lined pages which definitely help with revising for tests, writing notes when you forgot your book, or just writing reminders for yourself.
This year I decided to go for the blue beach theme and I feel like this cover is perfect for this year.

Overall, there are some faults in the product although it's nothing that can not be fixed. I will be purchasing another one next year and wonder what design I will do next year.

My Makeup Routine | 2016

I don't always wear makeup on a day to day basis but when I do I usually go for a natural makeup look. Excuse my eyebrows and skin as I forgot to do my eyebrows in the process but all I usually do is just brush them with a spooly. As for my skin at the time I was having a massive brake out so do excuse all of the pimples.
First to hydrate my skin I use the Model co rose mist as it smells nice and so hydrating.
I then go straight on to foundation, I am loving the MUD foundation at the moment as it is my perfect shade when in winter and I have the palest skin, as shown by the packaging stating my skin tone is 001.
I then take the MUD concealer also in the shade 001 and put it on all of my spots but I don't put it underneath my eyes as I find it makes me look more tired because I am still learning how to conceal under the eyes.
As the cream concealer usually feels a bit thick on my face I go over it with M.A.C studio fix.

I use the kabuki brush by nude to apply the M.A.C studio fix all over my face as I find it really sets my foundation and concealer for the day.

Don't mind the scary face. I am using the Sportsgirl bronze me powder to make me a smidgen more tan than I obviously am.... just kidding.
I then use the Nivea lip balm called hydro care and it definitely lives up to its name as it is very hydrating.
With the M.A.C eyelash curler, I curl my lashes before I apply mascara.
Moving on to eyeshadow, my favourite bit. I use the Hidden treasure pallet by a dose of colours.
I use the fluffy brush, and use the colour 'key' for the crease of my eyelid.
I then use the colour pearl with this brush and apply it on the corners of my inner eyelid to widen and brighten my eyes.

Lately I use Model co mascara in black and apply it to only my top lashes.
And thats it! That is all I do, as you can see very natural and easy. Let me know if you recreate this look.

My Daily Planner | 2015

Last year I did so many co-coricular activities which I thought, 'man I need to make sure I don't forget to go somewhere' so I went on to youtube to see what kind of daily planners where on the market and sparked my interest and this is what I came up with.
With the website you can choose what size you want it to be, what you want it to look like. I went for the A5 size personal planner. They give you multiple different sizes and A5 is the largest they offer.

A great addition to the normal personal planner is that when there is holidays or celebrations world wide it is written on the date so you don't miss a good time.

I chose to have each day with the time and a section for writing what I am doing at that particular time.
The planner also allows you to put in your friends and families birthdays so if your like me and struggle to remember even a new friends name then this planner will solve all of thought problems.
You can select multiple kinds of pages for the back of your planner.

You also get a plastic sleeve which you can put forms, coins or anything really into it, the best thing about it is you can put it anywhere in your planner. I mainly just kept it in the back.

I never thought about having a personal planner before last year as I never really did much activities I mainly had two or three but I highly recommend making yourself one. I love how I could really make it my own and chose what suited me the most and it allows you to design your own cover and back. Overall I think it is a great way to stabilise your time and just is such a good purchase. I highly recommend getting one for yourself!

Lip Balm | Collection

When I started to like makeup I was to young wear lipstick because it looks a bit weird on a young teen, well at least on me. I don't like lip glosses because I have never liked the stickiness so I opted to try lip balms and I must say I may have to many baby lips lip balms...
I started off with the raspberry candy wow lip balm, I think these could pass for lip balm crayons. The raspberry one has a dark rose tint to it, and smells like a sweet raspberry. The mixed-berry candy wow is a bit more of a vibrant pink. Although I like the scent better that the raspberry, the mixed-berry is not my favourite colour.
I also decided to purchase two Nivea lip balms which I am sure I have had the soft rose lip balm before when I was younger. My number one lip balm that I use absolutely every day and live by, is the Nivea Hydro care with SPF 15, I highly recommend buying this as it is cheap and is so smooth and really good for cracked lips. I am not joking when I say I bring this with me everywhere because I actually do.
I must say these lip balms have the most amazing smells and obviously the marshmallow one is my favourite because it is sweet. These I probably would not buy again as they came in a package, so I bought them as one. A bit of a pointless buy...
I don't use these at all and also a bit of a pointless buy, will not be buying again.
These are my most recent purchase of lip balms, I got three as I needed a colour which was a bit darker than my natural colour. Obviously the dark berry colour is not my natural colour but I love berry reds so naturally I had to buy it. The colours shown are not their exact shade as the lightest shade is more vibrant and closer to the second lightest shade than compared to its own packaging. Although I probably would purchase these again as they seem like they are very moisturising.
I like each one of these but I especially love the lychee addict, I used it before I pursued the Nivea hydro care lip balm. If you wanted to get one lip balm from this range I would suggest Lychee addict, as it does not have any pigment although is very moisturising on the lips.
I am not sure if Maybelline New York has discontinued this lip balm but I got my hands on one of these but went I got it it was a bit disappointing as it has hardly any pigment.
My first baby lips was the mixed berry baby lips pink addition, I am told that these were a limited addition pair although I am not a hundred percent with that, if any one knows if these are limited addition or not comment down bellow. I once wore the mixed berry lip balm to school and I was informed that I had pink on my lips and I thought that it was just a non pigment lip balm but clearly it was not. From that experience I would have liked the packaging to inform the purchaser that the product is pigmented.
I have not got all of the collection yet but I think it is a fun idea that they have come up with and good idea. These lip balms are definitely for the more adventurous makeup people.
I have the complete collection of the baby lip Maybelline colour collection and I like the range as all of these shades are wearable. My favourite colour from this collection is roses addict.

I hope this post helped you if your looking for some good lip balms because clearly I am the one to go to for good lip balms, just kidding! I am no beauty guru... yet, kidding again! On a serious note I highly recommend the nivea hydro care lip balm it's my all time favourite lip balm. So go get your hands on one so you can understand my craziness over this lip balm.
